BBQARM stands by its performance guarantee and will repair or replace any faulty or damaged item.

Your BBQARM has been built and assembled in Australia using steel and aluminium products. Due to the custom nature of the manufacturing process, you may notice slight variations, scratches or small dents.  Please embrace these imperfections as they do not compromise the functionality of your product.

Should your product become defective, it will be repaired where possible or exchanged for a new product. If you feel your BBQARM is faulty please contact BBQARM in writing to kylie@bbqarm.com.au. Returns sent without authorisation may be refused.

Refunds will not usually be given for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If authorisation is given, items must be returned (at customers cost), in original condition, and must be saleable as new. A restocking fee may be charged at a rate of 10% of purchase price.
